Boswellia serrata is a tree found in mountainous parts of Asia, mostly in India and can grow up to 10 meters in height. The oil is extracted from the resins.To collect the resin, the bark is slashed to let out numerous drops of resin, which harden as generous yellow and smelly nuggets. Frankincense has been used in traditional Indian, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. The oil has a medium-strength balsamic, warm, slightly spicy, sweet, and woody aroma presenting a base fragrance note.Frankincense essential oil is known as the king of essential oils. Recommended Adult Dose: Add 6 to 8 drop in your favourite carrier oil. For steaming process add 2-4 drops in 2- 3 cups of boiled water.

8 drops Frankincense EO
3 drops Eucalyptus EO
4 drops Rosemary EO
Aromatherapy inhaler
Directions
1. Remove the wick from the inhaler and drop the oils in.
2. Replace the wick. Inhale deeply as needed.
5 drops Frankincense
3 drops Lavender
1 drop Sweet Orange
1 tbsp unscented lotion
Take 1 tsp of unscented body lotion and add the essential oils to it. Blend lotion and the oils on either the palm of your hand or a glass container. Apply to your legs, arms and body to relax yourself.
Quick tips
Add 5-7 drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil an apply on the joints for pain relief. You can add 5-7 drops to facial cream or in tablespoon of carrier oil to apply on skin.
