Order processing time
All orders ship from Surrey, British Columbia using Canada Post. We are currently processing all orders within 2-3 business days. In case you need your order in a rush, please contact us by email at info@ancientmantra.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We also offer free local pickup from Surrey, BC. For free local pickup, at the check out select ‘Free Local pick up option’. Once your order is ready for pick up we will email you the pick-up details. All pick-ups are contactless/
Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Foreign Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for foreign duties or taxes imposed/charged by your country if you are ordering outside of Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
We think you’ll love our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, you can send us the products back within 15 days of purchase and we will issue a store credit to you. Shipping cost cannot be refunded. Please email us at info@ancientmantra.com and we will help you with the process.
