Black pepper essential oil in this roll on helps to stimulate circulation, creating a feeling of warmth and relieving the pain.
Along with Black pepper, Clove bud oil also helps to improve blood circulation and helps take the pain away.

I have severe reactions to synthetic/ artificial chemicals in room sprays, oils, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, laundry soaps, air freshners, perfumes, makeup, cleaning products etc.; I’m unable to breathe and have to walk away from the space/ room or person immediately in order to stop coughing. So when I use essential oils, it needs to be high grade oils otherwise my body reacts instantly.
I’m always open to trying new oils from new local companies, but many have been mixed with artificial or cheap oils which my body will react with a rash or I’ll end up coughing non stop until I’m able to wash off the oil off my skin. Other companies that say they are high grade are either overpriced or the amount of oils is smaller than the standard amount, so if you’re not paying attention, you’re paying more for what you get in ml. She’s educated in the field, in Chemistry, and also has professional background in the industry. She’s knowledgeable, passionate to help, and her products deliver. I suffer from depression, chronic pain, and anxiety, and what has helped me relax instantly has been music, physical, and scent therapy. And Anxiety Relief, Stress Relief, and Muscle Relief have helped me tremendously. I use Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Pine, Tea Tree, and Cinnamon oils in my diffuser and it’s been very therapeutic. Coming home to the smell of Cinnamon (from my diffuser) provides a nice relaxing energy after a stressful day. For my room spray, I mix 2 -3 different essential oils into a water bottle spray and mist my room each night (and my face) before going bed to help me relax along with my diffuser. No more low grade oils or toxic artificially scented chemicals triggering headaches anymore. I am so grateful I’ve found Ancient Mantra; I am happy with each purchase and confident in recommending her products to my friends and family. I’ve done my due diligence and if I have to put any chemical on my body, you have to do your research. It’s honest, pure, with no resentful bs marketing prices.
