We wanted to share with you simple do-it-yourself essential oil spray recipes, so that you can re-purpose your sanitizer and spray bottles.

An essential oil spray is one of the safest (and easiest!) ways to use essential oils to revitalize your living space and enjoy the numerous health benefits that they have to offer.

Uplift Essential oil spray (30 ML)

Ingredients:

1. Ancient Mantra Uplift essential oil Blend 25 drops)
2. Witch Hazel or Vodka (1 Table Spoon)
3. Distilled Water
4. Empty essential oil spray bottle

Steps to make:

1. Add in about 25 drops of uplift blend in the empty spray bottle.
2. Put in 1 tbsp witch hazel or vodka.
3. Fill the rest of the way with water preferably distilled. If you don’t have distilled water, you can boil water and once it’s cooled add it. This lets the spray last longer. Otherwise you can use the regular water and keep the spray in fridge.
4. Put back on the glass spray bottle top and shake well.
Shake it every time you use it.

Refreshing Essential oil spray (30 ML)

Ingredients:

1.Peppermint Essential oil 10 drops
2.Eucalyptus Essential oil 6 drops
3. Bergamot Essential oil 6 drops
4.Witch Hazel or Vodka (1 Table Spoon)
5. Distilled Water
6. Empty essential oil spray bottle

Steps to make:

1. Add in all the above essential oils in the empty spray bottle.
2. Put in 1 tbsp witch hazel or vodka.

1.Cinnamon leaf 8 drops
2.Frankincense 7 drops
3.Clove bud 3 drops.
4.Witch Hazel or Vodka (1 Table Spoon)
5. Distilled Water
6. Empty essential oil spray bottle

1. Add in all the above essential oils in the empty spray bottle.
